Returns and Complaints – Guarantee for your peace of mind!

At Angel Cosmetics, we value the high quality of our products and your satisfaction! If you receive a defective item or wish to make a complaint, follow our easy steps for returns and exchanges.

 


1. In what cases can you return or exchange a product?

 

  • You received a defective, damaged or different item than ordered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • You wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. The product is unpacked and in its original packaging.


How to return or exchange a product?

 

Step 1️⃣ : Contact us

Before sending the product, please contact our team to clarify the details and await your shipment.

Step 2️⃣ : Prepare the shipment

Please make sure that:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging , with intact integrity.

  • Please attach: Receipt or invoice, Warranty card (if applicable to an appliance)

 


Step 3️⃣ : Send the shipment

Send the item to:

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will contact you to finalize the claim/return:


Refund

✔️ The deadline for refunds for complaints/returns is up to 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
✔️ The amount you selected will be returned via bank transfer

 


Deadline for processing complaints:

  • Complaints are reviewed and processed within 30 days from the date of submission.
