The product has a manufacturing defect.

You wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. The product is unpacked and in its original packaging.

Step 2️⃣ : Prepare the shipment
Please make sure that:

The product is unused, in its original packaging , with intact integrity.

Please attach: Receipt or invoice, Warranty card (if applicable to an appliance)
Step 3️⃣ : Send the shipment

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will contact you to finalize the claim/return:

✔️ The deadline for refunds for complaints/returns is up to 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
✔️ The amount you selected will be returned via bank transfer
