GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN GAMES AND RAFFLES NOT RELATED TO PURCHASE, ORGANIZED BY ANGEL-E OOD

1. GAME ORGANIZER

1.1. The organizer of the game is "Angel-E" OOD, with registered office and management address: Plovdiv, Maritsa Gardens 18A, UIC: BG202400543, represented by the manager Angel Langarov (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
1.2. The organizer runs the game through its online store angelcosmetics.bg, as well as through its social networks.

2. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. All individuals over the age of 18 with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria can participate in the game.
2.2. Participation in the game is free and not subject to purchase.
2.3. Employees of "Angel-E" Ltd., as well as members of their families (spouses, children, parents) are not allowed to participate in the game.

3. GAME MECHANISM

3.1. Participation in the game is carried out by fulfilling specific conditions specified in the official announcement for the launch of the respective game (for example: liking a post, commenting, sharing, etc.).
3.2. Each participant can only participate with one social media account.
3.3. Incorrect or incomplete fulfillment of the conditions may lead to disqualification of the participant.

4. DETERMINING THE WINNERS

4.1. Winners are selected randomly by drawing lots or other objective method described in the terms of the specific game.
4.2. The organizer will announce the names of the winners on its official page on social networks and/or on the website angelcosmetics.bg.
4.3. Winners must contact the Organizer within 5 (five) business days to confirm receipt of the prize.
4.4. If a winner does not contact within the specified period, the Organizer reserves the right to draw another winner.

5. PRIZES

5.1. The prizes are provided in the form described and cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent.
5.2. The delivery of the prize is carried out at the expense of the Organizer only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
5.3. The organizer is not responsible for the inability to provide the prize due to incorrect data provided by the winner.

6. PERSONAL DATA

6.1. By participating in the game, participants consent to the personal data provided by them being processed by the Organizer for the purposes of the game, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
6.2. Personal data will be used solely for the needs of the game and will not be provided to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.

7. OTHER CONDITIONS

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, and all changes will be published on the official page of angelcosmetics.bg and/or on social networks.
7.2. The organizer is not responsible for technical problems that arise during participation in the game.
7.3. Participation in the game means automatic acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions come into force from the moment of their publication and apply to all games organized by "Angel-E" OOD, unless otherwise stated in the specific campaign.
