Refunds

Once the parcel arrives and the products are checked, we confirm by e-mail.
The refund is made within 14 days of receipt — usually within 7 working days — the way you paid: card to card, PayPal to PayPal, cash on delivery to a bank account you name.
The value of the returned products is refunded; delivery paid is not, unless the mistake was ours.

Exchange

Tell us the size, shade or product you want instead. The new product is sent as a new parcel once the returned one arrives; any price difference is paid or refunded.

Damaged or wrong parcel

Every parcel can be inspected on delivery. If the box or a product is damaged, file a report with the courier on the spot.
For a wrong, missing or faulty product, write to us with a photo within 48 hours: we send the right product at our expense or refund you.
